We are delighted to announce that we have scooped the Silver Flag Award at this year’s 59club Sales & Service Excellence Awards.

The event, which was held on February 27th, honours the best golf clubs and resorts from around the country, paying recognition to those who have constantly strived to achieve service excellence.

Following a visit by 59club mystery shoppers and testers, we scored higher than other golf venues which allowed us to pick up the Silver Flag Award. They evaluated it marked the service on a points system which included the sales team, customer-focused service, the operations team, assistance in the golf shop, the quality of the Championship Golf Course along with the food and beverage management.

Gary Johnson, our General Manager, commented: “We are delighted to have won such a prestigious award that recognises our commitment to not just our Championship Golf Course, but also to our guest experience at The Mere Golf Resort & Spa.”
