The award has recognised our dedication to customer service excellence, luxury spa treatments – and our state-of-the-art facilities.  Following a recent visit by The Good Spa Guide, the leading authority of spa reviews, we received top marks in its independent review.  In line with a rigorous set of guidelines, the ‘spa spies’ conducted a thorough assessment of our spa’s services including customer care, quality of treatments, value for money and the luxury guest experience.
