Drum roll, please! The results from the Good Spa Guide 5 Bubbles awards are in… and our spa has been awarded its 5 Bubbles for dedication to customer service excellence and state-of-the-art facilities – and we are delighted.

In order to obtain the award, The Mere Health Club & Spa were provided with a detailed questionnaire which covered over 80 questions focusing on the facilities, staffing levels, guest service, cleanliness and for the first time this year, sustainability.  In order to achieve a 5 Bubble rating, spas across the U.K. must deliver a score of 85% or above.

Located in the Knutsford countryside, our spa offers a range of luxury treatments from product houses Aromatherapy Associates and Natura Bissé, including massages, facials and skin rejuvenation which are well received with spa-lovers in Cheshire. The spa boasts of a 20m indoor swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool and thermal zone, including a Haman room, sauna, salt toom, steam room and a caldarium. Guests can also enjoy a selection of light bites or afternoon tea in the Spa Lounge and Bar area

Following the 5 Bubbles award, The Mere have been entered into the Good Spa awards which will be taking place in November which are set to be the highlight of the spa industry calendar.
