The Mere Golf Resort & Spa, Knutsford, has received Investors in People (IIP) Accreditation, recognising its commitment to investing and developing team members.

Investors in People is the International Standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people well for sustainable results.

The IIP framework sets out the criteria for people management, and for achieving accreditation against the standard to measure performance, drive improvements and recognise success both internally and externally.

IIP evaluated The Mere, benchmarking them against other high performing businesses and looking at best practises.  Accessors praised The Mere in several areas, including leading and inspiring people, empowering and involving people, and living the organisations values and behaviours.
