Employee of the Year – Constantin Leustean IT Assistant

Constantin was awarded the title following his November submission for Employee of the Month. For this, he was described as an asset to the company, he keeps The Mere up and running and without him none of our computers would work. In his manager’s absence, he stepped up dealing with all requests in a timely manner. He always has a constant smile – even when under pressure. Nothing is ever too much trouble and he constantly delivers

Manager of the Year – Martin Davies Spa & Health Club Manager

Martin has been leading our Health Club & Spa for over two years and has continued to show fantastic achievements, including hitting all the KPIs in 2018 and of course, seeing the Health Club & Spa win in the Good Spa Guide awards late last year.

To celebrate their win, they’ve both been awarded a luxury holiday to say thank you and well done for all of their hard work. A HUGE congratulations to both of you from the whole Team Mere and we look forward to seeing your holiday pics!
