Meet Resort Desk Team Leader, Becky

Becky Waring has worked in hospitality reservations for most of her career. So, when it comes to efficient customer service and a seamless booking process, Becky knows her stuff.

Working as part of our resort desk team, Becky handles all enquiries that come into the resort, for room reservations, golf bookings, spa treatments and dining across our three outlets.

Becky creates our leisure packages based on what she knows our guests will love, including special touches to make their stay that bit more amazing.

Our resort desk team are the first point of contact for all guests booking stays, getaways, plays and spa days. So they work hard to maintain the high standard of customer service that wins us awards for customer excellence.

When she’s not responding to enquiries and creating happy guests, Becky loves to shop, socialise and is always finding new far-flung destinations to explore.
