Jess Whyatt manages operations in our lakeside Club Lounge and the Spa Lounge and Bar.

With a background in hospitality and supervising waiting staff, Jess manages our team of waiting and bar staff to ensure that our guests are well looked after when relaxing in either lounge area.

Fanatical about creating a pleasurable guest experience,  Jess can often be found greeting guests and members, ensuring the lounge areas offer a warm welcome, and working to improve the efficiency of our service.

When she’s not creating a luxury lounge experience, Jess loves a spot of retail therapy, trying out new restaurants and socialising with friends.
