Our passion for world class customer service means that we strive to ensure each and every Mere guest has an exceptional experience with us.

We take customer feedback very seriously, and use online reviews (good and bad!) to develop our teams, processes and services across all departments of our luxury resort.

So, we’re thrilled to have been awarded a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence for the third consecutive year!

Now in its 5th year, the prestigious Certificate of Excellence award recognises establishments that consistently earn great TripAdvisor reviews from travellers.

Winners include one-room B&Bs to 600-room hotels, hidden attractions to world-famous museums and local cafés to Michelin-starred restaurants.

President of TripAdvisor for Business, Marc Charron says;

“By putting a spotlight on businesses that are focused on delivering great service to customers, TripAdvisor not only helps drive an improvement to hospitality standards around the world, but also gives businesses both large and small the ability to shine and stand out from the competition.”

Of the 2015 award winners, almost 30% are accommodations. Restaurants account for 52% and 20% are made up of attractions.
