Jodrell Bank Discovery Centre

Recently given a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Jodrell Bank Discovery Centre is the place to visit if you want to learn more about the Big Bang, explore the invisible universe or to discover more about the world-famous giant Lovell Telescope.

The Galaxy Gardens are a must-see during your visit, these were designed by TV gardener, Chris Beardshaw, who worked in collaboration with Jodrell Bank astronomer Dr Tim O’Brien.

If you’re feeling peckish, there’s a delicious cafe that offers a full menu which is centred round the British seasons using quality, local ingredients.
